The a2 Milk Company reminds its customers to be alert to the risk of people using social media and other information to personalise scam email, SMS, messenger and other scam communications.  At The a2 Milk Company, we have put in place a verification process to protect our customers from scams.  If you receive any communication which says that it is from us (phone, SMS, email, messenger), then please call our Customer Care line on 1800 22 46 32 to verify that it is from us before responding.
