Change to Annual Balance Date
In accordance with Listing Rule 10.7.1(h) A2 Corporation Limited wishes to advise NZX of a change to its annual balance date from 31 March to 30 June. The change has been approved by the Inland Revenue Department and Companies Office.
The reason for the change is to align the fiscal year end with that of the Company’s main business enterprise, the Australian joint venture, A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Limited which operates with a 30 June balance date. The year end change will take effect in the 2009 fiscal year. The next set of published financial accounts for the Company will be for the 15 months to 30 June 2009.
