Many Australian children face long-term disadvantage from poor access to quality education resources. The Song Room provides Australian children with music and arts-based education programs that are independently proven to improve their academic performance, literacy, attendance and well-being.

The a2 Milk Company are proud partners of The Song Room’s innovative arts education website, ARTS:LIVE. This interactive platform enables students and teachers to access Australian Arts curriculum aligned, classroom-ready interactive learning, regardless of their existing skills and knowledge.

ARTS:LIVE is available online free to all Australian teachers and is currently used in 75% of schools across the country. With 3 out of 4 Australian schools lacking a specialist music teacher, ARTS:LIVE offers a suite of tools to aid the generalist teacher in the classroom and has become an important and valued resource.

The Song Room is thrilled to be working with The a2 Milk Company. This new partnership will enable us to continue to develop ARTS:LIVE so that more Australian children get a great start to their education by being more engaged at school through creativity and the arts.
