Release of ASX Listing Information Memorandum
The a2 Milk Company Limited (a2MC) has been advised that its application for listing on the ASX has been approved in principle, subject to customary pre-quotation conditions.
Accordingly we attach the Information Memorandum in the form provided to the ASX as part of the application process. This document largely consolidates other information that has previously been made available to the market; it does not contain new financial projections or other price sensitive information.
a2MC is not undertaking any capital raising as part of the ASX listing process.
The ASX has not yet confirmed the date on which official quotation of a2MC shares will commence on the ASX. However, a2MC expects to be informed of this date shortly and will make an announcement in this regard.
