New research presented at NUTRITION 2026 strengthens the evidence base for A1 protein free milk
The a2 Milk Company presented new clinical and preclinical research at NUTRITION 2026, the American Society for Nutrition's annual meeting. The studies spanned infant growth and safety, protein utilisation, digestive tolerance and the gut-brain axis, and included company-funded research led independently by investigators at Purdue University and Nova Southeastern University - building on more than two decades of A1- and A2-type beta-casein science.
