The a2 Milk Company Limited will hold its Annual Meeting in Auckland, New Zealand on Thursday, 16 November 2023.  The venue, time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders prior to the meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Friday, 29 September 2023.
