Auckland, 10th October 2008 – A2 Corporation (NZAX: ATM) (A2C) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mair as a director of A2C.

Mr Mair is an independent director of Skellerup Industries Ltd. as well as a director of several other privately owned New Zealand companies. Mr Mair’s expertise is with successful business development particularly within Asian markets and a focus on operational excellence. DDD Investments Ltd, a company associated with Mr Mair recently purchased 6 million shares in A2C.

A2C Chairman Cliff Cook commented that “we are extremely pleased that David has decided to join the board. David’s experience via his long career in building profitable businesses both as an owner and director will be invaluable for A2C.”
