Appointment of Managing Director
A2 Corporation Limited (NZAX:ATM) (A2C) is delighted to announce it has agreed the terms upon which Mr Geoffrey Babidge will be appointed managing director of A2C.
Mr Babidge has been instrumental in the success of a2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Limited and this experience will be invaluable to A2C as it continues to develop its Australian business and looks to expand into new markets.
Mr Babidge will begin his role from 1 September 2010. He will also be an executive director of Freedom Nutritional Products Limited on a transitional part-time basis.
