Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary
The a2 Milk Company Limited (the “Company”) advises that it has appointed Jaron McVicar as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Jaron commences work with the Company in this role today.
Jaron joins the Company from Simpson Grierson, where he was a senior associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial group with responsibilities that included the provision of legal advice to the Company. Prior to joining Simpson Grierson, he held positions with legal firms Hogan Lovells and Harbottle & Lewis in London and Martelli McKegg in Auckland.
Jaron holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
