Capital Change Notice
Attached is a Capital Change Notice regarding the issue of performance rights under ATM's employee share plan, together with an annexure to the notice (and a copy of the equivalent ASX form).
This does not include the issue of performance rights to the Managing Director and CEO, which will be considered following the entity’s annual meeting to be held on 16 November 2023, at which a resolution to approve such performance rights will be considered.
