The a2 Milk Company Limited (the “Company“) advises that ASX has granted it a waiver from ASX Listing Rule 7.9 to the extent necessary to permit the Company to issue up to 15,000,000 options and 1,600,000 performance rights to employees under the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and within 3 months of receiving a written proposal from Freedom Foods Group Limited and Dean Foods Company, on condition that the Company immediately releases the details of the waiver to the market.

No corresponding waiver was required under the NZSX Listing Rules.
