Attached is the NZX Initial Disclosure Notice for Li Xiao.
This relates to the recent grant of time-based rights and performance rights that the company agreed to at the time that Li Xiao commenced employment with the company in April 2019. The grants were delayed pending receipt of the requisite in-market regulatory registrations.
