Launch of revised remuneration framework to align with strategic direction
Attached is an announcement from The a2 Milk Company on a number of updates in relation to the Company’s remuneration framework to enhance alignment with its strategic direction.
Also attached is a Capital Change Notice regarding the issue of ordinary shares, performance rights and time-based rights, and a copy of the equivalent ASX Appendix 3B.
