Notice of conversion
Please refer to the attached Notice of Conversion regarding the conversion of 147,111 performance rights into 147,111 ordinary shares, resulting in that number of ordinary shares being transferred by the trustee of the a2MC Group Employee Share Trust to the relevant LTI Plan participants.
The ordinary shares were acquired on-market by the trustee of the Share Trust to satisfy employee incentives.
Also attached are copies of the equivalent ASX Appendix 3G and an ASX Appendix 3H relating to the cancellation of 55,676 performance rights.
