Results of Special Meeting
A2 Corporation Limited (NZAX:ATM) (A2C) is pleased to announce the results of today’s special meeting of shareholders.
All resolutions put to the special meeting today were overwhelmingly supported by shareholders and have been passed.
This means that the acquisition of the 50% interest in A2 Dairy Products Pty Limited (A2 Dairy Products) that A2C does not already own from Freedom Nutritional Products Limited (ASX:FNP) can now be completed. Completion of the A2 Dairy Products transaction is due to take place on Thursday. A2C will announce completion of the transaction once it has occurred.
