Issue of Shares to Freedom Foods Group Limited
a2 Corporation Limited (NZAX:ATM) announced on 20 July 2011 that it had received notice from Freedom Foods Group Limited that Freedom Foods Group wished to exercise its option to subscribe for a further 18,761,657 fully paid ordinary shares in a2 Corporation.
a2 Corporation is pleased to announce that the issue of these additional 18,761,657 fully paid ordinary shares to Freedom Foods Group has now taken place. a2 Corporation confirms that it has received the subscription price of AUD2,063,782.00.
Freedom Foods Group’s total shareholding in a2 Corporation, including partly paid ordinary shares on issue, is now 26.4%.
